Just 4 cm's of snow fell overnight which made for a very pretty morning but in Japan doesn't change the conditions much. It is just so light and dry here that we need more than a wee dusting to make a difference to riding conditions. In other words I want deep powder snow and will jealously wait for it and then try and hog it all to myself.
We spent yesterday doing a super fun staff training day. We took them to all the Snowball Japan properties followed by a yummy udon lunch and then a tour to the wonderful Snow Monkeys of Japan. Here are the properties we visited...

Pic today is the Snowball Japan team of 2024 in Jigokudani - Hell Valley - where the Snow Monkeys are. The only missing people are Brando who is behind the lens and Oli chan who will be arriving today. (Someone has his eyes closed...)
