While technically Australian, the Solos have collectively enjoyed over 25 trips to Japan and finally turned their dream into reality by buying a ski chalet in the Japanese Alps.
Way back in the year 2000, they helped kick off the Australian obsession with Japanese powder by managing a ski chalet for a season in Niseko (back when you could enjoy Strawberry Fields powder all day without another soul in sight – a lucky few of you will know how good this was).
