The standard room is absolutely lovely and slightly bigger than the Deluxe rooms because it doesn't have an ensuite. However, this is the only room without an ensuite so you practically have the shared facilities to yourself which consist of beautiful O-furo (Japanese style) baths and separate Japanese style "washlet" toilets. It isn't as convenient as the other rooms but it is no less lovely.
The standard room has a beautiful view of the mountain, adjustable heating and gorgeous Japanese style decorations with amazing silvery wood on the ceiling mesmerizing you as you slowly drift off to sleep in your super comfy bed.
The standard room can be configured as a Queen, Twin or Triple.
